There is no constricting and immobilizing experience like being bound. Whether physical, psychological, or emotional – it is quite dis-empowering.
It is no small fact that the thing which binds us the most in our personal daily living is… fear. Unidentified and unchallenged, it poses one our greatest health risks to personal well-being.
